My name is Penelope and I am the Broker/Owner of AVENUE REALTY LLC.
I am a firm believer that buying a home is one of the most important Investments and decisions in a person’s life. Like many families, Avenue Realty believes a home is a place for memories and enjoyment and there is no better feeling than to help people make their dream come true. Aside from being a Real Estate Broker, I am also a full-time NISD Bilingual 1st grade teacher. My educational background consists of a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Texas Pan American. Shortly before graduating from college, I met my husband Raul, and we moved back to San Antonio. In the process of buying our first home, we noticed that I was becoming an expert in fine details about homes. I decided to give real estate a try and quickly noticed that I had a natural feel for real estate. This passion was taken a step forward when I also decided to be a full-time teacher and inspire children daily. Now, I am a full-time dream maker and mother to a beautiful boy. Life could not be any better... I enjoy what I do!
